Clayton comes from a long line of apiarists and has been beekeeping himself for over a decade. He keeps roughly 50 colonies in seven locations around Sonoma County and assists the community with hive extractions from buildings and structures. The honey production hives are located in Bennett Valley & West Petaluma.

"Nana Mae’s Organics is a small, family-owned business, which grows and produces more than 25 Heirloom varieties on 400 acres of historic apple orchards in Sonoma County. Pictured on the company’s label, San Francisco native Nana Mae is the inspiration of fourth-generation Northern Californian and owner Paul Kolling, who cherishes childhood memories of cooking with his grandmother.
Nana Mae’s Organics’ dry-farmed fruits boast robust flavor profiles, which are showcased in each of our highest-quality products. Bottled in Sebastopol, products include 100% Gravenstein apple or Heirloom blend juices and applesauces, pear juice, apple cider vinegar, wild blackberry applesauce, and Gravenstein hard apple cider."
